The Mews was wonderfully decorated, with a cozy and charming atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The general areas were well-maintained, and I especially loved the beautiful garden outside. As a senior, I appreciated that the hotel was easily accessible, with no stairs to climb and everything conveniently located on one floor.
I would ask for better lighting in the hallways, as it was a bit dim and hard to see at times. A brighter atmosphere would have made me feel more comfortable.

The apartment had easy key code access and was well-stocked and beautifully decorated. The complimentary wine was a nice touch.
Felt very happy, no reason to complain.

I got great value for my money staying at this lovely 2 bedroom house. The rooms were bright and spacious, and I loved the quirky layout. The location was perfect, close to the town center and with easy access to the A38. The staff, especially Jane, were extremely helpful and responsive to any queries.
The breakfast menu could be improved with a wider variety of options.

The location of this house is excellent, as it is situated in a secluded area of the town centre but still close to the A38. This makes it convenient for exploring the town and for easy access to other areas. Additionally, the house itself has a spacious and bright garden, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the outdoors. The rooms are also large and quirky, providing a unique and comfortable stay.
The kitchen could have been cleaner and had a strange smell.
